I reserved a truck and a dolly online in advance. When I arrived to pick up my rental, the truck I had reserved was blocked in by a trailer. While I was waiting, the employee unhooked another truck from that trailer and brought it to a customer who had arrived approximately five minutes after I did. In my experience renting from this company, the equipment I reserve is usually already inside the truck when I arrive. That was not the case at this location. Instead, I had to go inside and ask for the dolly I had already paid for as part of my reservation. The employee informed me that they only had one dolly left and that she was giving it to the customer who arrived after me—even though I had already reserved and paid for one. She also told me there was no way for her to remove the dolly from my reservation, which means I was charged for equipment I never received. Now I have to wait for the general manager to remove the charge and issue my refund. To make matters worse, because my truck was blocked in, I had to carefully maneuver my way out of the parking space while trying to avoid hitting the trailer directly behind me. The entire pickup process was frustrating, inconvenient, and completely avoidable. Unfortunately, the customer service made the experience even worse. The employee was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and showed no interest in helping resolve the issues. She never smiled, apologized, or demonstrated any concern for the inconvenience I experienced. I have rented from many locations over the years, and this was, by far, the worst experience I’ve had. I cannot understand why this location operates this way, and I hope management addresses both the poor customer service and the lack of organization to prevent other customers from having the same experience.

Vehicle was clean and great condition. Trailer had a wheel strap cut in half. I had to look for a different trailer but luckily, a uhaul rental dealer was able to replace the strap and not have to switch out campers. But overall, the pick up location, location what repaired strap, and uhaul were very friendly and great help.

The location had a lot of space to be able to maneuver the vehicle and the employees were very helpfulIt! Truck had a lot of mechanical issues as far as I could see. It ran really rough at first and barely got warmed up enough to get out onto 59 , and shifted hard. And was hard to break, but other than that it did the job and we are grateful for that.

The customer service was not great. Please keep in mind that I am new to this side of town. I do not have friends or family members on this side of town so i kindly i asked if i could leave my vehicle in their lot and go back for it when I am able to find someone to help me out. They straight told me no. That I would have to park on the road in a not so good road or area.
