Stuart GI did not reserve online, but the pickup process was fast. I received the truck amd all information needed. The customer service was on point. I returned the truck during off hours and received my receipt first thing in the morning. Whenever I need a truck, I will rent from this location all the time!
NICOLE DI was ver charged for mileage and the service representative was not accommodating. I rode only 12 miles and was charged for 129. I only had the truck for 4 hours. The truck only would go 40 miles per hour. It’s no way I could’ve done that. I’m super disappointed because I have used this site several times before but I will never use them again

Chadwick MThe guy there gave us a contract with the wrong truck number and wrong license plate. I got a text asking to confirm the license plate which I saw was wrong so I went inside and asked about it. He said “oh, don’t worry about it uhaul sends all these extra texts. I’ve got you covered in the contract.” We go to return our truck to Chicago after hours. Get a call from corporate saying they don’t have the truck. It’s kind of hard to miss a 15 foot truck. I followed the app instructions for after hours. The reason they can’t find the truck is because the wrong number and license plate is listed on our contract. I just don’t understand how these huge errors happen ever time I use U-Haul. Our last move they tried to charge us for damage and say they have footage of me damaging it. This was not true. Apparently they were talking a different truck number and confusing me for someone else. They tried to charge me $1000 and I had to go back and forth with the manager. I feel like U-Haul is not worth the headache.
Michael MComplaint There was no extra days. The 15' Truck was returned on 9/10/23 at 7:30pm est. Key was dropped at that time and location did not check in truck when they opened. I WAS CHARGED FOR EXTRA DAYS, this is a lie. Truck was returned in 11 hrs

AJ LI rented the truck for 4 days and was receiving calls from the location owner before the 3rd was even over to come return the keys and he spoke in a very hostile way. Definitely dont plan on going back and I also dont recommend anyone to go that location.
Donte MClean the office, it smells like the dog. Beautiful brown Lab, but the office smells like the dog, its almost sickening to have to stay in there for any period of time.

vernita wClean the trucks inside, it had snider webs and smelled. Plus I understand you only charge 19.99?a day for the cargo van but the mileage is ridiculous. It’s an eight cylinder truck and the gasoline cost is high and then the mileage is high which made me pay almost $70 for a couple hours of renting the cargo van. Be more realistic in your pricing.
