The store itself was very good. He was quick and very friendly. They had a early pick up safe for keys but the code was no where to be found on the website. The main reservation system was terrible for the pick up. It automatically switched pick up from a store within 5 miles from my house to one over an hour away. I had to call multiple times to change this and each time was a long wait on the phone because I couldn't make the changes online.Susan S.

This appeared to be a popup type U-Haul location which was inside a grocery store. The vehicle was ready, but it was not clean in the cab... food crumbs, paper waste, etc was left from the last drive. The agent at the location was friendly and helped run out at the last minute as the dolly had not been loaded in the trailer.Michael S.

The clerk in Uhaul store, seems very nice, but he had no clue what he's doing!!! I learned that there is no truck for me, even with reservation for 14 hours. He found one,but I had to returned at 4pm . Then he found my reservation- caceled this one till 4pm ,but he changed the return time for 4pm. After I told him that I need for 14 hours to be safe. Ofcourse I didn't realize that. I returned the truck after 8 hours. I had trouble with returning, so called Uhaul. Nice women walk me through, but there was nothing we could do to turn on my location. She put a note about my issues. Today when I was at work I was stormed with phone calls from the place I rented the truck. Instead of checking their parking lot and key Dropbox, they pretty much accused me of stealing the truck. It's not how you doing business ðŸ˜’BEATA H.

My experience at the drop off location was horrible. The one person that was there was left by himself on his first day with no help and no one to call. He was very nice and tried to help. I left the truck and 1 dolly there as I needed to go pick up another. I came back the next day and the manager was there and he proceeded to scold his employee in front of me for not taking care of the situation differently. Then when I went to go check in the order he scolded me for not bringing in the dolly in because it's my responsibility to bring in the dolly. However if it had been a mobile or afterhours return it would have been the same situation because the office would be closed and the dolly would have still been left in the truck. At any rate the experience was not good and it's this kind of situation that makes me not want to use uhaul again. Maybe I'll go to Ryder or budget rentals next time.Scott H.

We reserved the uhaul at the Rainer Ave location in Renton. The website offered us a deal of $54 off, 24 hour rental and 104 miles if we returned the truck to their location. After setting up our reservation the pick Up location changed to this location in Kent. I received a call from Trisha who informed me that everything was exactly the same but just a different pick up due to lack of inventory, she also stated it would be cheaper. Upon my husband arriving to get the truck, he was informed that it was more expensive and less or no mileage included! My husband had to go back and forth with the guy for over an hour to get it corrected back to the original rental agreement! This is horrible customer service. I shouldn't have to send screen shots of my original reservation (which thank goodness I had!) to prove what should have already been in the system. Additionally, it's crap that they tried to charge us more, ding us on mileage when the location we originally requested was 5 mins away vs 20 mins!Stephen H.

The location is awful. No one answers the phone as I lost something with the uhaul keys (my storage keys) and the mailbox is full so I can't leave a message. The service was subpar. The internet was not working when we went to pick up the uhaul. The rep took forever and then had to use their phone and seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. Awful experience.JAMES H.

Confusion on what I reserved online to what was actually available at the location. I thought that I had the items reserved but, when we got to location they didn't have the Moving Blankets as I had requested.RAYMOND S.
When I reserved the 10' truck online and set the pick-up time at 9:30am, I expected to have the keys shortly after 9:30am. The online check-in was easy and straightforward. However, once check-in was completed, I got a message saying that I have to wait until the pick-up location opens at 10am (Save-U-More, Kent). Why didn't the online reservation notify me this when I reserved the truck? It pushed back my schedule 30 minutes. On top of that, the UHaul representative misread my reservation and told me that I could not rent my reserved and checked-in truck because it was a regional truck which could not be taken out of town which further means I have to go to another location to pick up my reservation. Again, if my online reservation and check-in went through, why does the in-person process have to be so different and complicated? After a few calls to the manager, the representative finally realize his mistake and got me on my way. This whole process took me an hour and didn't get the keys until 10:30am. The communication and clarity of information in picking up the truck was abysmal and needs some work for customer satisfaction.Hiep N.

Even though I booked n got confirmation for my booking of a 15ft truck, the location did not have one for me. In the end I had to take a 10 ft truck n rent another truck from another location. It ended costing another $200. I my opinion, uhaul must compensate me for the extra money spent. It left a very negative impression of uhaul system. It did not deliver what was formally confirmed. I went last Thursday to reserve a 17 ft truck for Monday morning. The guy told me they open at 10 am and I needed to pick it up at 8 am on Monday. I asked if I could pick up the key to the truck on Sunday before closing he said yes. Friday morning another employ called me and told me the 17 footer wont be available for me can I take 20 footer. I agreed. Sunday I went about 3:30 pm and asked for the key to the 20 footer. The young employee could not find me any were. He asked me several times if I am sure that I reserved it at that location I told him yes. He said he have one truck only 26 footer if I wanted. I agreed because I did not have an other choice. I asked if he will give me this huge truck for the same price as the 17 footer? He said no. This was not good experience for me but at list the positive side was I was able to pick up my new kitchen cabinets.AVEDIS N.
