Steven MTruck box had not been swept out by prior user, although it was not filthy it was still dirty and floor was wet at the back of the truck. Also, supposedly half full of gas when it was down to 3/8 of a tank.
JEFFREY MWe had an issue with a bracket holding the leaf spring on a trailer which broke. We called into Roadside Assistance and they treated us with upmost care. They provided tow service made sure we had replacement trailer and followed through to make sure that everything was done to the point of getting a new trailer and back on the road again. I feel that they took very good care of us anytime that could’ve been very stressful. I give them a 10.
