Key was not available with any person, and was not setup for truck share code pickup. Had to call customer service and ran 30min late first to be able to check in online, then until I found the person who had the key. Furniture pads were ordered online, then was told in person they were not available. Please don’t make them available to buy online then, lost 30 more minutes going out of my way to buy that somewhere else during rush hour. Truck bed had dirt all over it. Was so stressed running against the clock for the key and mattress pads that I only realized once at my destination. Had to use a blanket so my items wouldn’t have dirt on them. Terrible experience overall, should’ve just gone to a location that knows this business and drove 20 more minutes, would’ve saved me an hour and several customer service calls. Customer service from uhaul was great.
