Friendly staff and not crowded at all.Great service.
Andrew S.It took almost 2 hours for the lady to actually run my credit card. The place was unkept and very dirty. Two giant cats just laying around the shop on top of the counters. The lady did not know what she was doing when she took my payment. I would have went somewhere else had I known about this one. This put me way behind my already tight schedule.
Nelson R.I was not able to check the vehicle in online when I returned it. I called Uhaul for help and was told to take pictures and call them in the morning. By the time I got up the next day to call them, I was already charged a $25 cleaning fee. This was for absolutely no reason at all, as I have the pictures. I am very unhappy with the return process on this truck. I usually rent between 6-8 trucks a year depending on my needs as I run a small wholesale business.

janet R.I called uhaul before my pick up date asking about a ball hitch. I was told I could buy one with my rental and when I showed up, they did not have one to buy. I had to run to 2 stores to get one. I also didn't have an electrical hook up, and I was not given any information beforehand making sure I had all of this equipment. I was an hour late to where I had to go.
Brandi B.There should be a greater emphasis for partnered locations to be going over a contract with the driver, go over the instructions that are printed on stickers on the inside of the cab in case there are questions, and helping to adjust mirrors-basically help to understand the different factors involved since it's so different from most people's cars. There was also an issue of the software/web services available to the woman working at Seben's managing the uhual transaction, where when she entered my address of where I would be moving the map listed my address as being in the Loop rather than the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago that it actually is in, and would not list the locations nearby my actual apartment. Because of this she couldn't select a location and said she would instead select the option where once I got to the area I could find which location was near me and call them and let them know I would be dropping off at their location. This was reflected on the contract and receipt she printed out for me at the top. But when I got home from picking up the uhaul that day I got an email telling me I had a drop off location assigned to me (Lawrence Shell) and when I called to ask if she had changed this she said no she hadn't and she didn't know why that happened. She either lied, or uhaul took the liberty of changing things without checking.

EDWIN F.The Seben's were freindly and helpful. I received the truck I requested. The move went well. The computer processing went slow and it took a while to obtain a contract for the truck. When I was making reservations 10 days in advance, I went to the Sebens and a Champaign U-Haul dealer and both dealers would not guarantee that they would have the truck I was requesting. They both said if they could not get me the truck I was requesting, I would receive $50 and I could go to another truck rental business. Both dealers said they would try their best to have the truck. If this a U-Haul company policy, I do not feel this is a very good practice since I am making reservations in advance of when I need the truck.

Unfortunately their computers were slow and their internet was spurious so I never got a paper contract and never saw my final charges. But the rep did promise to bring them by our location unfortunately we were already gone so they are mailing them to us.
