The advertised pricing was a bit misleading it all turned out to be a lot more expensive than i was led to believe it would be. I only had it for half a day and stayed with in 10 miles, and including the gas i vreplenished the gas tankwith it was wrllover $100, the advertisment says stary at $20 for in town thats at the least a gross exaggeration. Maybe if youwere just moving across the street, then why would you even need a uhaul? The staff was friendly, everything else was fine, I just think they shouldnt use such misleading advertisements.

The store manager didn't setup the trailer or connect it only after I asked him. I told him it was his responsibility and he replied he didn't know that. The safety chains were not installed to the hitch properly. He was suppose to take a photo of the hitch connection before I left the lot, he did not do that. I paid for insurance for the trailer, and I called to check about whether or not I need a photo of the trailer connection and customer service said yes, they said it should of been completed before I drove off the rental lot. This was very disappointing.
Robert BFirst, this wasn't the location I reserved for drop off. I was told I had to reroute here, which was a hassle. Second, we didn't know the drop off location was actually a bar, so we drove around looking for quite a while. My husband finally popped his head into the bar to ask if anyone knew were the uhaul rental was and the staff said the bar was, in fact, the location and to just look for paking and bring the keys in. Parking was hard to find, we ended up in an adjacent lot, not even sure it was legal. No on inspected the truck at all, we just walk the keys in and were told that's all we needed.

heather tThe pick up location was disgusting on the inside and did not have everything I needed. I had to drive 45 minutes to get the utility dolly. not to mention my original pick up location was in Champaign, Illinois not tolono IL changed it because they didn’t have it where I wanted to pick it up. and then to change my location and not even have all the supplies that I paid for not to mention the guy didn’t even say hey I don’t have the dolly we had to go in and ask about it and then I had to call customer service and find it and drive to get it.
