The App pick up process was a nightmare. It took several attempts and phone calls to complete the process. Surely there is another more user friendly solution.

STEPHANIE EAttempted to contact drop off location for arrival a day early. Wanted to rent a storage unit at location and deliver truck a day early. Called several times with no response. Website states that location is open on Saturdays until 1:30 and went through great effort to arrive prior to that time. Had to retain truck extra days to accommodate poor information. When I arrived on Monday, the person there was extremely rude. When I explained why I was late with my truck (I wanted to rent a unit from the drop-off location). He was even more rude as if I was bothering him. He made a few snide comments asking me to open my loaded truck to see what items I had to store. Then states that he doesn't have a unit available. I had to travel a handful of miles extra to locate another storage unit and unload there. When I did the self-return, there were no instructions. When I checked out via the app, it wanted me to produce several photos when I had already locked up the truck and dropped the invoice and key. Improvements: Make the drop off two BUSINESS DAYS vs. a set day. That way the customer can interact with a person if necessary. Make the check-in process easier if you depend on it online. Let the customer know that photos will be required. To the next customer: Avoid this drop off location for trucks. Pay the mileage to Texarkana or Prescott if necessary. Mileage would have been cheaper than two extra days.

DONALD HBoth locations where having trouble with IT system. As the week before I rented truck. Your IT dept needs to correct problems so locations can get needed info on rental and returns
Walter BI originally reserved a Uhaul in Prescott, AR at Carlton Truck and Trailer. They did not leave the key and could not get ahold of anyone. After over an hour I had to get a new location.

Melissa M | Overall ExperienceDude screwed up our entire reservation. Changed our drop off to south Louisiana when we were suppose to go to north central Louisiana. Dude also didn't give us a copy of our contract which was supposedly a very important piece of paper work.
