CHERYL SThe Uhaul truck was reserved online. An appliance dolly was reserved as well. When I arrived to the location to pick up the reserved equipment, I was told that they did not have an appliance dolly and that if I wanted one I would have to go to another location to pick it up. If a location does not have specific equipment to reserve then it should not be listed on the online reservation form.
