U-Haul dropped the ball. You change locations at the last minute but not call the person You want to be very high tech and so calling the customer is out of the question .i go to the new location and the password assigned does not work and I am standing in the cold . All these inconveniences and time wasted and cost incurred I feel you should do more than than that $50.customer care is a key and not texting. The inconveniences encountered during is unphantomed. You have some bad apples who do not care and their answer Is it's the company.Florence Y.

The self reserve and check out at a location that was not open was somewhat difficult. It took 2 days for me to get my approval notice. Once I arrived at my location it took an hour before I could gain access to the truck due to the approval hold. Everything on my end was submitted correctly. Whoever was in charge of my account left for the day and no one answered the phone for this Sunday rental.Camilya T.
Store representative (Milton) was incompetent, he forgot to place the dolly I rented in the van, forcing me to drive out of my way (in the rented van to PAY for another dolly. He was supposed to take care of returning the dolly (he promised) and he didnt because the other Uhaul called me asking about their dolly. He promised (I have paperwork) to refund me the cost of BOTH dollies that I paid for, still no deposit. Uhual owes me the price of two rented dollies an apology, I will be placing the aforementioned information on Google and Yelp.Charleston R S.

More training for employees. My reservation was made for â€œin-townâ€ by mistake and I told the associate that I needed â€œone wayâ€ from Stockbridge , Georgia to Madison, Georgia and 50 miles. When I attempted to drop the uhual off, I noticed on the app that it stated I had to return it to the same location I rented it from in Stockbridge. I called customer service and the associate on the phone said I had no choice since it was their vehicle. I had rented it on a Saturday and was forced to put more gas in the truck and drive it all the way back to Stockbridge from Madison on Sunday morning. The office was closed so there was no one to talk to to adjust my bill. The end result was approximately $185 for a uhual truck....not including the $40 in gas. Worst experience. Very disappointed. If I would have known that this truck was in town only I would have gone to another uhual location. I wish the associate would have listened to me.Sandra H.
