Frustrating experience. Booked an automotive trailer online and it sent me to another location in town. Original booking was for 8AM Saturday the 25th of April. Booking accepted. Then I received a text asking me to call ASAP. Representative said trailer not available at that location. Sent me to this location....except I was notified this location would not open until 10 AM on Saturday. I told them I had plans to be at the location I needed the trailer for by that time. They informed me that I could come Friday evening at 5:30 to pick up the trailer. Shortley afterwards I received yet another text sating I needed to call this location. I was told over the phone that this location had some issue that was causing them to close at 3PM and asked if I could come at 1:30 to get the trailer...so I did. While checking out I was informed that due to the fact that I was getting the trailer at 1:30 on Friday and wouldn't return it until after 5PM on Saturday that this was now a two day rental. Twice the cost...and to make matters worse, when I finally got the final receipt, I was also charged a $20 fee because I returned it after hours. I returned the trailer at 5:15 on Saturday. Bottom line is I only needed the trailer from 8AM Saturday until 5:15 Saturday evening. Their opening hours and emergency closing hours are what extended this to a two day rental....and therefore double the rental fee and the 'after hour return' which was odd, since the owner was there when I returned the trailer and even helped park it. I feel like I'm owed a refund for the 2nd day and the after hours fee.

ANTHONY MThe pickup guy was great. The whole mess started with the pickup being moved WITHOUT notifying me. And moved over 50 miles outside of my mileage window. Then the drop off guy wasn't open, and I was charged for going over my miles!!!! WTF!?!
Amanda DOperator of used car lot was not available to drop off equipment. Had to leave message and wait for person to call us back. He finally agreed to let us use drop off box to leave key.
