Only talked to the owner on the phone. He had some guy come from across the street come over and “try” to hook up my equipment. He had no idea what he was doing. The whole experience was unprofessional and concerning.

The place where you have to go to speak to someone about the trailer rental is a rundown looking very dirty cluttered car repair shop in a not so good section of town. The man working in the repair shop directed me across and up the street to a small building where the auto transport was located. This building as well as the first location had all the windows and doors protected using rebar. I guess it is their way of keeping things safe so I don’t blame them. The main problem I had was that they charged me $40 for “ insurance “ which I neither requested or was asked if I wanted it. I never get this insurance because my insurance covers anything that I tow. Presently I am trying to get a refund.

Jim BI returned the truck and equipment after hours and the process was easy. The return facility didn't look like a typical U-Haul place and the truck needed to be parked further down the street, then dropping the key in the drop-box. It wasn't a problem at all for me, but I imagine some customers would be taken aback at the location.

Jacob GI had a reservation at one store and the day before pickup they changed the location to a dump of a store. The person wasn't there and had to be called and did the paper work over the phone. I had to walk through mud in a mud filled lot to get the truck. I don't understand why I was moved to this dump of a place when they're were 3 trucks on the lot when I pickup the truck and they're were 3 trucks when I got back from my trip. I was so disappointed how they dumped me in a place like that when they had the trucks there. They said they were reserved and I say that was not true. This has changed my mind about using Uhaul in the future because of how they switched locations the day before pickup. Very disappointed
henery hGreat costumer service. The man found my reservation and checked me out with no problems. My car was able to be parked on property till I returned the truck. The man returned the truck with no problems. Thanks for good service.
MARILYN SLocation changed 3 times. Paid for a hand truck but it was not in the truck at pick up . Had to drive across town to get one from another UhAul dealer . The guy on Albamarle street in Greenville was nice and the dropoff place was ok too .

BOBBY CNice people in the store but not somewhere you want representing your brand. No internet to use computer to check me out. Took 45 minutes after using a hotspot on a phone since no internet. Small garage repair type place. A woman wouldn't feel safe going in there.
