Terrible location, would not recommend anyone renting from them for multiple reasons. I was overcharged $100+ because the contract I was given at the counter had the incorrect fuel and mileage for the truck I rented. When getting into the truck and going through the process to document the condition of the truck on the uhaul website, I uploaded a picture of the correct fuel level and mileage on the website disputing this difference. When I returned the truck the person working charged me based on their incorrect fuel level and mileage given on my original contract. When I told him these numbers were wrong and I uploaded the correct mileage and fuel level on the uhaul website, he became combative and told me it was impossible and he takes pictures of the trucks every morning. He proceeded to pull out an iPad and go through pictures from 2020. Feeling I wasn't going to get anywhere with this guy, I left and sorted out my problem with the uhaul 1-800 number. After talking to multiple people they confirmed this truck was being driven by someone at the location and had unaccounted for miles that were not from someone renting the truck. Not sure if this location was actively trying to scam me or just not on top of who is actually using their trucks. Either way I would not step foot in this place again. Also, multiple employees in this facilities were not wearing masks indoors!Joseph H.

Apparently I was mischarged by accident by the person here. I was charged for two equipment dollies instead of two bags of moving blankets. This charge confused the staff at the dropoff location. I did not look carefully enough at the statement of charges displayed in the self-checkout process. Otherwise the guy here seemed nice.Laurence L.

Somehow someone else's drivers license info was applied to my rental contract and my rental authorization was initially denied which resulted in a significant delay in securing the truck and getting to my appointment. This was 100% a U-Haul error either at headquarters or the location and should be fixed so others aren't affected by this glitch.Faipea A.

Ordered the U-Haul via the app. When I arrived, it wasn't ready for mobile pickup, even after going through the whole process on the app. Still had to go in and give additional info I already had provided. After dropping the U-Haul back off and drop the key in the secure drop box (how I've always returned them after hours), I receive a text saying i need to be on location and then take down mileage. It's my fault that I didn't read that piece beforehand, but then I get a call (next day after I left a message the night before) saying they can't verify mileage that I owe because they've already lent the truck out to the next person. How do they lend it out without that information? U-Haul is still my favorite rental truck, but this was a cluster from start to finish, and now I have no idea how much I'm going to be charged.Micah W.

Have the truck ready at the requested pick up time. The owner had to move several other trucks before I could take mine. The truck was almost on empty so I had to stop to fill it before I even made it to my destination. I had asked for internet check out but wasn't able to because of all the issues, it took 30 minutes instead of only a few.Greg M.

Been double charged because the guy couldn't pay attention to what we was doing. I said from the start the card I gave them is not the card I'll be using. But yet that one got charged 60, my other one got charged 38.16 then $104.25 twice after already giving them 100 in cash. The total was 2 something. Plus he tried to say I drove for more miles then I did. I'm glad I took before and after shots. This whole place came off very shady.Kylar M.
