Customer service was awesome.
Donald WI dropped off the truck with the same amount of gas as when I picked it up and they charged me $53.50 for fuel service charge and gas.

Nancy Ti set up at craft fair and need the trailer, the man at croswell location was great, nothing negative about his service. my problem is the tires on the trailer, i paid $16 extra for insurance so if i had a flat being a couple tires being had very few treads. i got the insurance beacuse if i had a flat i would lose a lot of money.again nothing on the part of the dealer in croswell. on another note: A MONTH AGO WE RENTED A TRUCK AND A FLAT BED TO HAUL A BROKEN CAR FROM A DEALER IN MT PLESANT AND WHEN WE DROPPED IT OFF IN PORT HURON AT THE KRAFT LOCATION BEFORE HOURS WE WERE WARNED FROM A PERSON AT THE CAR DEALER THAT TO TAKE PICTURES THAT THE LADY AT THE KRAFT LOCATION IS A BITCH. WE WERE TOLD TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING. WE WENT BACK AFTERWARDS TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL WAS OK, WE WERE GREATED WITH THE RUDIST PERSON AND WHEN SHE ASKED WHAT WE WANTED AND TOLD HER WE DROPPED OFF THE TRUCK AND CAR HAULER. SHE THEN STARTED YELLING AT US THAT WE WERE OVER MILES (we knew) AND SHE ACCESSED $25 CLEANING FEE FOR NOT CLEANING THE INSIDE OF THE BOX AND ALL THE MUD IN THE TRUCK. THE BOX WE DID NOT USE (BECAUSED WE ONLY HAULED OUR CAR) BUT THE DOOR WAS OPENED AND THERE WAS ONLY A 4"X5" PC OF PAPER ON THE FLOOR. THENI WENT INTO THE CAB AND OPENED THE DOOR TO FIND ALL THE MUD SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT AND SHE THEN SHOVE THE DOOR ON ME WHILE YELLING AND SCREAMIN GET OFF HER PROPERTY OR SHE WOULD CALL THE POLICE. MY WIFE GOT THE PICS AND THERE WAS A LITTLE GRAVEL ON THE DRIVERS FLOOR WHICH COULD HAVE COME FROM HER AS WE WERE NOT ON GRAVEL AND COULD OF BEEN SWEPT OUT IN 10 SECONDS. THIS IS HER LITTLE SCAM TO MAKE $25. SHE WAS THE RUDIST PERSON AND IF YOU DON'T BELIEV ME LOOK AT HER GOOGLE REVIEWS. NOT A GOOD IMAGE FOR UHAUL.

Timothy MThe U-Haul that we rented was in horrible shape. Front left headlight was not working. Steering on the U-Haul was broke. When you sat in the U-Haul and drove it there were gas fumes. Truck should have never been rented out. Horrible experience.

Hans Swe started out reserving in port sanilac, the girl was helpful and we reserved a truck for the next day. we were to get a phone call within the hour for payment and never did, luckly the girl at the port sanilac location that reserved the truck gave us her phone number and we called her early evening and she gave us the supervisor of uhaul number, we call that number and no return from her til the next morning. she said that croswell had a smaller truck 15ft, we told her we wanted the 20ft we reserved. she said we would have reserve on line and we told her we don't do computer stuff and she said her 71 year old dad does. we again told her we were in our 60s and proudly don't do computers. she was rude. we then went to croswell and within 15 minutes we had the smaller truck. we had to take our trailer which was not convient. uhaul supervisor that was to call us cause us to be nervous and she was rude and no help. the girl in port sanilac and the guy in croswell both were polite and nice. the uhaul employee on the phone working from home was not helpful at all

KATHERINEANN GCare about customer convenience, someone could've easily drove the truck we needed from Port Sanilac to Croswell for us to have it ready where we requested it to be, the Croswell the location at the time had more trucks outside than Port Sanilac. Definitely never using Uhaul again, and recommending any other option to everyone I know.
