My only recommendation is directed towards uhaul general reservations, this comment is not directed towards the service rep at middle river uhaul location. Calling to schedule a reservation, reservation I discovered are not guaranteed, as I found out when I went to pick up the 15' truck I had reserved! My reserved truck was NOT there and ready, HUGE inconvenience. My reservation apparently was scheduled behind a drop off return...hence the no guarantee...which my phone scheduler failed to mention. Put me in quite a bind as I had very small window of time to work with. It would be better customer service to only reserve vehicle that are physically there and ready to go!!!!Stacy M.

I had to park in the handicap spot because another person dropping off their truck took up two spaces. And the spaces were barely big enough for your Van's. Do not recomend this spot for anything bigger than a 12ft truckJane B.

Had an amazing experience at this location they accommodated all my needs. The staff were very friendly and answered any questions I had! After driving 18hrs with no breaks it was nice to have everything taken care of with no hassel or stress.anthony H.
I did not receive the dolly I requested. I wrote a comment about it and was still charged. I would like a refund please. The truck it self was sub par, old and outdated, although clean. The mirrors had to be adjusted manually and did not properly adjust to my liking. I had a blind spit on my right side that could have been prevented if the mirrors worked right.Jade O.

The on-line pick-up was very challenging. We had to get help from the corporate office. The representative was very competent, and walked us through the process on a step-by-step basis. I wonder if you can create a â€œtestâ€ pick-up the first time renters could review in advance so they know what to expect when they do the actual pick-up. When we returned the rental, the clerk was very pleasant, competent, and helpful.Thomas H.

I am very sorry to have to say this I have reserved a U-Haul from this location a few times and never had any issues always go of the gas tank but this one particular time I return the U-Haul on a full take as well and they charged me $7 and some change for gas when I asked the lady that logged the U-Haul began to take a picture and let me see what the gas tank was on because she notified me the U-Haul was still there that I returned she told me she couldn't do so and when I wanted to come back up to see it she told me by the time I get there she will be off and she would not be there on the weekend as well. I was very dissatisfied because you had to eat that bill because it's your word against theirs and when it's me and possible for you to come and verify it's nothing you can do.Necole W.

Location said I would have to return the box truck before they closed at 6pm when I called. When I called uhaul they put my reservation in for this location and told me I could return it and drop the keys off even if the place closed. Also front parking lot for this location only held 3 cars and luckily had space when I returned it only after I moved my car first. Also there was trash left in the front of the box truck but I cleaned it when I returned it to not risk being charged extra.Danny F.

Your website and app are absolutely terrible. When I reserved a U-Haul, there was no indicator of any sort that I would be reserving a "local only" truck, meaning I would have to return it to the same location I rented it from. Only after going to pick up the truck was I informed of this. Because this was a Sunday rental, there were no customer service reps available to help me and there was no phone number I can call to get assistance posted anywhere obvious. Finally, when I went to pay for the truck, the app would not accept my stored CC number so we had to use my wifes card to pay. She was charged, but a hold was then ALSO PLACED ON MY ACCOUNT for the originally estimated cost of the truck. I have no idea when this ridiculous hold is coming off. I plan to write a terrible review on Yelp and Google and will never use U-Haul again. Awful customer experience. Shameful.John C.

The customer service was excellent but the only thing is that when I was given the forms stating that the fuel was on full and actually checked the fuel gage and found that it was between full and 3 quarter tank full. I didn't go back in to get the adjustment because I was on a time limit to try to get my house moved on time due to I had to move on my own. Other then that things were great.....KECIA H.

I am unhappy with how my credit card was handled. There are 3 separate holds against the same card. $1, $94, and $105. Not sure why but I tried to remedy the situation yesterday but received limited assistance.Viola H.
