How U-Haul Reviews WorkI appreciate the problem free process in renting the vehicle and the professionalism of the person assisting me. Thankyou very much.
Kevin R1) They didn't have the hand truck I needed. 2) The Wifi was horrible, making the transaction take 10x longer than it should. 3) I specifically requested a transaction with a live person, as opposed to doing everything on my phone, because I THOUGHT it would go faster. All the agent did was hand me a tablet, so how is that different than doing it on my phone?
Floyd FTruck had only about 1/3 tank of fuel. Cargo area was not swept out. Engine light came on during use. Business staff would only use online check in/check out and was not helpful. This is easily the worst U-Haul rental experience I have ever had
John AThe men who took care of me were freaking awesome
