I just couldn't get on your website for some reason to check in for time mileage ECT. But other then that it was fine. I beleave the lady didn't no how to do it and asked me to do it n I couldn't either. She said the person that does wasn't there

Ren C.Make the web site easier! I had a lot of difficulty with the app on my android phone and was basically told if I didn't fill out the form, I wouldn't be able to rent the truck. Once I was able to rent the truck, I was charged for the dolly that I didn't request and one wasn't even available for me to use.
