Provide closer locations for trailer pickup. I had to drive a half an hour/ over 20 miles from the Olympia/Tumwater area to get this trailer, when there should have been one available in these much larger cities than Shelton.

I had to go an hour out of my way to get this trailer. They would only give me 50 miles free because I had to do that and it was an hour round trip each way I believe you guys could do more than that my experience with the trailer and everything was good. The lady that helped me in Shelton was good too. She’s very helpful.

Lonna JCheck the truck after a return to verify gas level. My truck was empty creating delays and I ended up canceling the rental. Returned three days later and the same thing happened. Nice staff and they provided a high level of service otherwise.
MARGOT CI rented an open trailer to purchase materials from a building facility to my property. The process was easy and quick. I have thought about buying a truck for serving this purpose but the amount of times it's needed outweighs the need to do so with the cost of renting a uhaul. I highly recommend renting over the purchase of buying a vehicle to do the same need. Sentry Uhaul is conventiently located along hwy 101 between Hoodsport and Olympia to serve this purpose.

Rowena Nit is much easier to check out your rental inside. The check in by phone process gets complicated. The check-in by phone process was fine until it started asking for references and/or other forms of ID.
Steve PThe customer service and assistance was excellent. The vehicle I rented worked great, was available when I needed it. The inside of the trailer was filthy . Someone used it for moving yard debris and did not sweep it out let alone clean the walls and ceiling.

Sonia POn-line reservation, not a function of this local rental site, was a struggle. The first attempt at product choice and pick-up location was incorrectly “chosen “ for me. Neither the product nor the location of pick-up was not my choice. I eventually called the Local site and was able to speak with a real person. Much better!!!!!

Teresa SI was informed by this location, at the time of reservation that I can return the vehicle to this location. However, when I picked up the vehicle and doing the sign out the location was not an option, I chose to choose later to discuss this with this drop off location. I received a phone call from U-Haul Tacoma during a meeting and was planning on calling them back in the morning, it was after 6pm. However, the associate booked me at a drop off location that was going to be another 15mi over the 50mi I was allotted per the contract, without discussing this with me after missing the call. This bothers and concerns me, considering that when I arrived to my location and discussed this with the storage facility they were confused as to why they were not the first selection. The storage facility staff member cleared up and processed our drop off, but it still bothers me that they were not an option and that a U-Haul staff member automatically assigned a location that was over my allotted milage. Frederick WU-Haul over charged me by 6 days, I returned to the drop off office and informed them and have repeatedly talked to them. They have made multiple attempts to contact U-Haul about the over charge and they nor l have received a reply!! I will be contacting U-Haul corporate and further up if that is what it takes to get a response.

Veronika RWhen I return a truck and the staff is not busy( feet up on cellphone and clearly annoyed with customer) and I ask to check in vehicle. Later does not sem like the correct answer, I have others to check and I will do them all together. I wanted to figure out what my final invoice would be. I felt I may have a little return as I returned little early and drove hardly any miles. Instead, I was.charged additional money.

LaSondra FLocation was great and friendly staff. The only issue I found was with the app's check-in process. Only after I got to the site and tried to check in did I find out that I needed to have 2 verification methods to pick up the truck. Fortunately, I could use two phone numbers of my son and wife, but who would have their passport on them or their rental agreement (I don't rent anyway), or their employer contact (I work at a corporation with 200k employees, so not sure who you would even call to verify). I'm certainly not going to bother my boss to verify my uhaul rental (especially on a weekend). Why not collect all of this stuff before I show up at the site when I made the reservation?

Michael BBeware of this location, apparently training was over looked .. I received my first invoice with different rental rate 59$ instead of 29 $ then I got a second invoice that was Ridiculously overcharged like $550 over charged...this place is a joke..beware font say I didn't warn you!!!
