Worst experience ever, every step was a pain and bad UX for the app. When I arrived, the truck was full of snow and there was a snow bank right in front of it. Minus 20 outside, I had to go through the steps of the app to get the keys, which took forever. Took so long I couldn't move my fingers and speak anymore because of the cold. When I finally was able to get the code to the keys, guess what? The lock was frozen. I had to go to a store nearby to get a hot water cup to try to unjam the buttons. Then I get in the truck and there's no snow brush. Come on! Had to find one myself. And obviously the truck fuel was totally empty... Basically, a shitty day and experience, I can't believe a business can be that bad lol. En passant, pour les francophones, vous aurez de la difficulté si vous ne parlez pas Anglais. Allez dans un vrai U-Haul prendre les clés en personne au comptoir de service. Trop compliqué.

ALAIN GEverything about the truck was great except that they didn’t include the moving blankets or dolly that I ordered and paid for. This was really a huge inconvenience throughout the day and resulted in me having to buy and source other materials that I only needed for a single use. I’m very displeased with that aspect of the experience.
Christopher A- I get the truck out of a point where the garagist was nice but didnt know how it was working - I was forced into the Apps, which is terrible for a french canadian like me - The App was full of misleading (What the milage ? Indicated in km ?) - Took 15 min to be able to get the truck - Nothing was asked, no photo, no nothing - When i returned the truck, the parking lot was not reserved, thus i was forced to park in front of the garage. - When i returned the truck, i wasnt asked anything : no milage / kilometrage, no photo, no nothing... - Oh and btz i asked for 10$ of blanket and they were not here. Only good point for you was the price..
