The App was not working and we needed assistance

Charles BThey tried to charge an extra 120$ for half a tank in my truck, even though it was given to us completely empty. Even after speaking with the employee and showing him the gauge was below E and we returned the truck with more fuel than we started with, my receipt still included fuel charges and I had to call customer service to get a refund.
