This review is regarding U-HAUL as a company. I requested a reservation from a different location and was shifted to the Severna Park PB two days before I needed the truck. The BP did not have the appliance dolly i requested and the fuel tank read 43-mile range; nearly empty! To top this off I was charged for the appliance rental and a furniture dolly and 24 pads! I did not order these nor did I receive these. The gentleman that helped me at the BP Station was kind and did his best; however, the service from U-HAUL was terrible and I'll NEVER use U-HAUL again!

I reserved the unit with a dolly and when we arrived, we were told they did not have one available. This made our move much more difficult Additionally, I was still charged the $7 for the dolly that I never received.

I think the mileage was a little bit expensive for this rental. I had it for less than 24 hours and drove it 9 miles round-trip and it was almost $90. Not sure if that’s very feasible.

I filled out the paperwork online ahead of time, so checkout was quick. The van was clean. My only complaint is there was very little gas in the van when I picked it up. The gas station attendant said that a UHaul representative has to fill the tank with gas, not the gas station employees where the van is kept.

Was forced to pick up at this location because the truck I reserved at a location in Annapolis was not available. I made the reservation a month in advance and received an email the day before pickup I had to drive to a location that was very inconvenient. It seems it is the company's job to make sure that truck is available at the location where it was reserved. I don't work for U-Haul! Very inconvenient.

I ordered the 15 foot U-Haul and held so much it saved us for a prom breakfast high school event! I couldn’t of had any better experience than this one.
