It was out in the middle of nowhere and we had to call for someone to meet us there after we arrived.

Middle of nowhere, no drop box, no one answers the phone, no signs on how to drop off vehicle, then finalize transaction almost 2 months later with charges for claiming an extra day when it was dropped off a day early,

I feel people should be able to select a 1 day truck rental because, most peoplemost only have a one bedroom and dont need 2 days for a truck to be charged from city to city. Plus I think the company lacks letting customers know of the extra charges that are being tacked on. I was quoted 244, then ended up paying 369 for a one day trip.
