Your on-line portal was completely useless. Probably due to my age, I spent an hour and a half trying to get my keys early before they opened to no avail. This web site was completely un-navigable. I would redesign it.John D.
Wrong truck hooked up to the trailer, new truck grimy and coated with bugs. Cigarette butts in the cab, and a foggy interior windshield. Two dog chewed baseballs in the glove box, along with two spent chip bags. Snot encrusted Kleenex in the center console, behind the seat, and jammed in the passenger door handle. Called the Customer Care line and heard a gal promise that she was taking â€œextensiveâ€ notes, and seemed shocked. She said I should ask for a discount when returning the rental. B.S When I returned the truck today, the nice young man read theyâ€detailedâ€ notes back to me, which she had written â€œCustomer claimed truck was dirty, wants a refundâ€. Of course the returning location does not handle discounts, and of course U-Haul trains their Customer Care agents how to act sympathetic, and sound like the Company cares...which even in these days of heightened awareness over cleanliness...they don't. Four previous moves used Penske, with never any issues that weren't resolved in a professional manner.Dana H.

The owner was very rude, he told me I could pick up the van anytime I wanted using the 24/7 system. When I arrived at 0630 and logged in to my account it indicated that my pick up time was 0900. The U-Haul customer service rep for 24/7 was very helpful, however the manager at Shed Pros was a real jerk.Kenny A.

The trailer is too heavy to hookup so a tongue jack or something is needed for both hooking and unhooking the trailer.Frederik W.

Reserved the pick up in another town. If they're not available it shouldn't let you reserve it in that town online. Or, uhaul should transport the rental to where it needs to go, not ask the customer to drive 35 minutes out of their way.Brandon L.
Computer was a PITA. Guy had to enter stuff multiple times and then call a manager to ask for help. It wasn't his fault the system stinks. I know this because the same thing happened when I turned it in 1,200 miles away.Susan A.

I was called by national center THREE times to tell me I could not have this 20 foot truck unless I drove to Pagosa Springs..or to Bayfield to get a regualr truck. This was very upsetting when I had days to MOVE. Andy at Shed Pros was WONERFUL!!Lloyd W.
