They didn't know how to do anything. I literally and physically sat at their desk and while on the phone with a rep from uhaul transport giving me step by step direction on how to proceed on the computer did the computer and paperwork. They didn't even know how to hook up the trailer. I did that on my own also. I even had to download the uhaul app on my phone so I could scan the trailer in and upload a copy of my dl... The worst experience I've ever had with uhaul or anywhere for that matter.

The drop off was a liquor store with iron bars on all the windows and doors. The air conditioning did not work. Also, the worker while helpful, had no idea that we were dropping off the truck. Customer service needs to be improved.

The only employee there informed me she did not know the process as she has not been trained on anything UHaul related. If there had been an issue she would not have known how to handle it. It was a Sunday to be fair but still. All of this being said, the truck functioned well and the online ordering process went smoothly. Given my trouble I did not appreciate getting dinged additional charges (roughly $12.00) for excess mileage though.

There was cigarette ash on the dashboard before we got the truck. When we brought it up to the clerk, she brushed it off saying, "we smoke in the trucks all the time."

I rented a truck and a tow dolly. I found out 30 minutes before I picked up the truck that the tow dolly had to be picked up elsewhere. So, I picked up the truck, left my car there. Drove 20 miles to pick up the dolly, then had to drive back to the truck rental place to load up my car. Rather ridiculous. Not the locations fault but frustrating.

The uhaul was dirty and had a garbage can in it when we went to use it. The first hour of our move we had to clean the truck out. That shouldn't happen

I didn't pick up at this location at all the location I was scheduled at was closed (Cars R Us) when I got there to pick up and he'd to go to 39th (where I dropped off at) the person who took care of me was rude and thought I didn't pay even with the receipt in my hand.

The location was nice because it was only about 20 mins from my home of where I was moving out of. Loved how the truck was clean expect for a random Mt Dew on the seat when I first got in. Only thing I would suggest would be if the worker explained how the Uhaul worked with miles etc. on the tag. First time renting a truck so to get more information before I left would've been nice. Other than that I had an awesome experience with the woman I spoke with over the phone for Uhaul! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and really helpful when I asked questions. Moving is stressful, but she made it so much easier for me with the dates, rental location, and drop off!! I would definitely rent from Uhaul again! Reasonably priced and the service with customer care was awesome!!! Fast, easy, and convenient. Also, the phone calls I received to confirm where I was dropping it back off was awesome too!

Shenangians is where we got the truck beautiful truck clean just the right size .99 a mile was quite a lot of money for retired people The lady who handed me the keys was not very friendly I don't think she smiled once

There was a problem with turning the key on. You had to keep moving the shift lever and the key to get it turn on.

I did not appreciated the run around I received when trying to rent a truck. I booked it at one location and was told the trucks at a different location and not getting a call back from location to confirm my reservation. If I wouldn't have called the 1800 uhaul # I wouldn't know where the truck was for me to pick up

The only problem was a very long line to pick up u-hauls. The attendant told us the problem was the u-haul website was very slow. We were fortunate to be first in line, but we waited a half hour. Can't even imagine how long the 3 or 4 groups behind us waited.

There was one person working and this was inside a liquor store; I had to sweep out the trailer, as the person did not verify the trailer was clean.

The inside of the truck was dirty and we had to sweep it out. Also the back tire had low air pressure and needed air. Outside of truck was clean and had a full tank of gas.

I have copied and pasted the information of my original order with Reservation number to confirm the order done on 5/5/16 with the location listed also. I also will explain the details of how my ordered got mixed up and how I ended up paying more than what I used. It would be nice if I was charged ($80 before tax and insurance) what I was quoted online ($30 before tax and insurance). Not sure if that's a location issue or uhauls problem but I'm thoroughly irritated.

The location was supposed to open at 10 am. They opened about 10:20 and then we had to wait another 10 minutes or so for the Uhal people to show up. We ended up to be about an hour behind schedule due to this wait. We were not happy.

The rental truck did not have a working power steering pump. Upon further investigation I identified that the truck contained a glorious lack of power steering fluid. I contacted the place of rental to ask if there were any known issues regarding the steering, to which the person on the phone replied" yeah, I think someone said it wasn't working, so they probably disconnected the belts to the pump. Why was this truck still in service? Why was I not informed immediately that the truck I had reserved a month in advance would fail to function as designed?

Warm up the truck so the defroster gets rid of the ice on the windshield. Told the lady when I returned the truck that the oil light came on and the truck was only running for about 30 mins.
