I hate to leave bad reviews but this was crazy and incredibly inconveniencing. Moving is already stressful, I scheduled to pick up at 11 and no one showed up until 11:30. The poor lady they had did not know how to sign me in and I was literally helping her check me in. Finally she FaceTimed someone else, and then told me that even though. I rented an appliance dolly they did not have one. That was extremely frustrating as if I reserved one I obviously need it and now where do I find one last minute? Then she never took the charge off and told me they will take it off later. Well they never took the charge off, and while I showed up at 11 I didn’t get out of there until after 12. But after reading the other reviews I’m not surprised. Moving is stressful enough, pick another place to rent from.

Location to pick up truck confusing
RICHARD SThis is a small ship location and they are really kind kind patient and pretty wonderful. It was really easy to rent a U-Haul and super easy to drop it off because they have a 24 seven drop off where you can just come park the truck leave and drop the key in the door like a secret compartment. Thank you to their staff for being so wonderful.
ZULMA SNobody was at the business. They showed up 20 minutes later after we called UHaul. They were rude and unhelpful and did not speak English. I would not recommend this vendor ever.

bolormaa KThe truck lock was broken, it had barely any gas and we were given no instructions. We also had to walk through the back of the rental place to an alley, where we had to find a person to open the gate ourselves and get a Direct TV truck to move in order to leave. The rental place helped with none of this and are now trying to charge me for gas fees I should not pay. I would never go back.
Mallory MThey overcharged me 100 mile on odometer I am in dispute with the company. I said truck has no gas at all. The light was red as they told me to bring it to red light that’s ridiculous.
