I had did a mobile check in. The phone screen said to show phone to customer service desk and get key. The guy proceeds to ask for my driver license and credit card saying he needs to verify everything and that’s the rules instead of reading what was on my phone screen. Then when he called 800 number for help they told him just give her keys. Such an inconvenience and waist of time. And then the guy calls me several time during my time having the truck like he didn’t trust me or something. Never have I had an experience like this before.

SEAN SThe reason for my one star is because they charge me $43.75 after we return the U-Haul truck. We went over 4 miles which they could have charged the card that was on filed, because we dropped it off that night. Instead of them charging the card on file they waited seven days and said that we were late and charge our account $43.75 for late fees. Again, they could’ve easily charge the card they had on file for the $13.75 once they came in that next morning but instead they waited seven days so that a late payment fee can be added on and then charge my account $43.75.Cents.
