The location itself was fine. The uhaul truck that I received had broken mirrors so it was extremely dangerous to drive. I also received the incorrect pick up address the first time, and when I spoke with a customer service representative she was extremely hostile on the phone. I then received the correct pick up address after my scheduled pickup time which pushed my move back and I was ultimately late to my destination.

Lynn MPickup and drop‑off were smooth overall. I did encounter two issues: The truck’s electronic fuel gauge didn’t match clearly with the levels shown on the paperwork, making it hard to confirm accuracy. During the return process, the app kept glitching. It took four attempts before it finally accepted my entries. Please look into these issues. Thank you
