Amber PThis is a new UHaul facility very close to where I was moving. They were super nice and very accomodating, even carried the equipment I ordered out to my car and loaded it. I've been to other UHaul stores where the employees were not very nice but these guys were great! Definitely recommend!
Amy AI had did a mobile check in. The phone screen said to show phone to customer service desk and get key. The guy proceeds to ask for my driver license and credit card saying he needs to verify everything and that’s the rules instead of reading what was on my phone screen. Then when he called 800 number for help they told him just give her keys. Such an inconvenience and waist of time. And then the guy calls me several time during my time having the truck like he didn’t trust me or something. Never have I had an experience like this before.
