Ryan and team were absolutely amazing. We’ve never seen such clean and well maintained equipment. Will always recommend Shadow Mountain.

This comment does not negatively reflect on the Shadow Mtn location. It is an Alaskan U-haul problem. I had a reservation for the West Dimond location, but they refused to honor the contract to drop off in Wasilla. I had to rent from and return to Wasilla costing me extra mileage. Ryan and the guys at Shadow Mtn in Wasilla were great to work with!
