Curtis GThis location is trying to rent bigger and high priced vehicles though they have smaller vehicles are available, and taking cash and not providing bill for trolley rentals, he was acting like he for got to add the trolley to the original order and asking cash, I don’t recommend this location and will never go to this location again.

Was not a major problem for me, but think it could be for someone who is setting up a large move. The manager was great. Very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Suspect he is the owner/operator of a small shop.

Pete AThe owner/rep is knowledgeable and attentive. But the front desk and general organization is horrendous. It looks like he spends a lot of time on personal matters on a desk up front, numerous flyers and clippings are in wall hangers. Truck keys are laying everywhere. The person ahead of me said “he’s not having a good day” He needs to 5S the front desk/office so he stops “having a bad day” or before he loses something important.
Carlos RI would not recommend this location because of the dishonesty. They over charged me for the miles on the cargo van I rented. I didn't even go 20 miles in the van I rented but they charged me for 54 miles plus they charge more per mile ($1.09) for the cargo van rentals when all other locations only charge $0.79 per mile. Make sure to take a photo of the dash before and after you return the rental. If not, YOU WILL be overcharged.

Gene SMinimal services provided for equipment pickup. No education provided regarding operation of the truck. Lights on trailer did not work at all but the proprietor got the lights to turn on with a new cable. However, proprietor allowed me to drive off without working hazards, brakes or turn signals on trailer, of which I was not aware until later. When I got home I tested them and the lights on trailer did turn on but hazards, brakes or turn signals did not work. I went to an actual U-Haul location close by and they found a failed fuse. After replacing the fuse, all the light functions on the trailer worked.

Manuel LI was charged for fuel when I had returned the truck as I found it. The place was closed. Called to speak to location, person hung up on me. He told me I had to call back in 10 minutes. I couldn't understand him

Oluwole AThis place is just down the street from where we live and it’s a nice place. Never realized it was there. The trailer we rented was in good shape but was dirty inside and smelled. We had to sweep out the dirt and spray Lysol in it several times. Not sure what the smell was but it helped. Anyway the experience was good and the trailer worked for moving and that’s what really matters. Not a big deal to sweep out the trailer.
Dennis BTire warning light came on 50 miles into my drive and stayed on but the biggest issue is that it was extremely difficult to put gas in the vehicle. When I would try to put gas into the vehicle the gas pump would stop because it would detect there was an overflow. The issue was that u-haul had an issue with its gas tank. I went to 4 different gas stations and I had the same issue at everyone. It would take 10 minutes for me to put in 5 gallons of gas because the gas pump kept on cutting off because of the issue with u-haul gas tank.

Steven pDon’t have chunks of concrete around trucks so people kick/trip over them and break a toe-literally. Packing up a uhaul while hobbling with a broken toe is not easy. Then the place isn’t open to discuss it with them
MARY RThe size truck I reserved initially (15’) was not on property at the reservation time. I was on a tight schedule. All that was available to trade to was a 10’. This was a downgrade which in turn resulted in double trips to complete my move. I left a note upon key drop explaining the situation and requesting a discount on the total mileage cost. Based on what I was charged it appears I was charged for total miles driven.

david wNot open during late afternoon Saturday and not open Sunday. Only on-line drop off. Would have preferred in-person to ask a few questions. Need to clarify business hours more clearly for drop-off’s.

murali cFix the web site so Items ( Tape , boxes etc) aren't loaded making us taking them off. Even though I removed the dolly it still showed up during check out? Why??? Way too much over selling Also could you start having some senior citizens and militarily discounts. Thanks
Daniel DThe owner told me to unhook the trailer (7x12 footer!) after returning. He does not care about giving U Haul exoerience to the regular customer ofr 30 years! Anyway I would not come back nor recommend this U Haul facility.

Shawn SIt was extremely difficult to figure out how to pick up the truck. If I had not had the ability to speak with a customer service agent, this pick-up would've been next to impossible to figure out. Also, the lock box was extremely difficult to open, and it almost seemed like it was broken.
Lachlan FThey forgot to add my appliance Dolly and I still had to pay for the equipment. Had to park my car and pick up the truck in the back but return it in the front so I had to walk in the dark towards the back.
Jason LFor Uhaul in general: I rent trucks and trailers from Uhaul several times per year for business and the process of scheduling and more specifically: picking up and dropping off gives me great pause. Please consider the business model adopted by Hertz car rental for their (me) Gold customers. Show up and pick any one in the row and off you go. I once waited 2 hours to get through a line of 10 waiting customers ( @ 20 minutes each!) With just one agent at the desk. I often have to hook up and disconnect anyway.
