SCOTT TThe owner of this location seemed to have an attitude problem. That wasn’t the issue. The issue was how disgusting the place and vehicles were. I have never in my life seen a place more foul smelling or looking, not a single square inch of the place that wasn’t covered in junk. The U-Hauls inside looked as if it were never cleaned at any point in its life, it reeked of cigarette smoke and what smelled like mold or water damage. Driving the truck was an awful experience. When putting the truck into reverse it feels like someone rear ended you. It could barely make it when shifting to any gear. I had to drive the truck extremely cautious. If I could go back in time I would have never rented a U-Haul from here. I would rather go with Penske, at least the truck would have been clean. I also paid for a dolly and the owner told me “I keep telling U-Haul I don’t have no damn dollys”. Again I still paid for a dolly and would like a refund. This was awful, I’ll never recommend U-Haul to anyone.

Jim FI paid twice as much as I have ever paid for a U-Haul and this was not my first time, the truck inside smelled like cigarette smoke as well as the inside glass window had smoke film all inside making it where no one could even see driving at night, main issue they take a hundred dollar hold and do not explain anything they say they adjust the price when eturned and then I ended up paying over 150$ for a 24 hour rental!!!

NEKESHA MFirst trailer offered had no R blinker or brake light Second one we stopped to check a tire and had to get roadside assistance The responder said if we had not had stopped it would have blown out and caused a very serious accident
REBECCA MThe furniture mats were soaking wet and smelled of urine. This created much anxiety for me as my property had to travel in the truck with these mats. The truck was filthy and I would like a refund.

ERIC KThe pick up took right at an hour due to computer/ internet issues. Without resolution after trying multiple attempts, owner called someone on the phone and pick up was completed in less than 5 mins. Would have been nice to do that in the beginning, since he knew he was having issues. Instead I had to wait for an hour and could have been on my way in minutes. The drop off was alot better.
Jeremy BWe had some issues and got the truck stuck in our yard in the mud. They were very understanding and helpful. We asked to add another day to our rental and we returned it they next day. Very greatful for the service and staff of everyone :)

Tim MThe roof on the truck has multiple places where it is leaking. At least water onto my furniture. Also, the transmission in the truck clearly has some type of issue because sometimes it does not go into reverse and then slam so hard. It feels like it’s going to break.
