You might need to let people know a little ahead of time if you change the pickup location. Mine changed to about 28 miles away which was the direction I was heading initially anyway fortunately. Thanks!

Jamon BConvenient location, but limited parking space. Parking was extremely steep, muddy, deep potholes, and crowded. Felt like I would have gotten stuck without input from owner. Owner was very pleasant though and allowed alternate drop off area for convenience.
Colin LThe person here did not validate my concerns over the poorly cleaned equipment rented to me or the leaking roof. She seemed to think I deserved to have to scrub all of my possessions after the UHAUL mistake and rudely suggested mr clean pads, without reimbursement.

Claudio CThe 20 ft uhaul van was very dirty on the outside. Inside the cab the inside surface of the windshield was hazy. This location is a small town auto parts store and the only uhaul location for 60 miles in either direction. You take what you can get. Very nice and helpful staff though.

don gI genuinely liked working with this UHaul location. It is small shop with full vehicle selection and easily accessible right off highway 61. So as far as customer service, no improvement needed there--they were very helpful and courteous. Although this location had dollies and moving pads, it would be nice if they sold boxes and shrink wrap and some other moving supplies--that is the only improvement I could recommend
Peter KThe gentleman at Silver Bay auto was very helpful but was not able to get his computer to provide list insurance for $42 as I had been quoted by Uhaul traffic staff. His computer only listed it for $112. I should have called Uhaul traffic at that time but I did not and so I just did not buy any Uhaul insurance. A comment on our truck: it was in great shape and ran well. However your purchasing staff should consider getting trucks with tail lights higher off the ground. We drove in a snow storm and the tail lights, which are located low to the ground just above the wide rear step bumper soon became snow covered and not visible. For safety, the vehicle should have tail lights located higher along the sides of the door.

TOM PThe person there that day did not appear to know how to handle the transaction. I pre-paid online because the site said it would streamline picking the trailer up. That was NOT my experience. It took a long time for this person to get his head together and help me. Plus, he requested my credit card. I did not understand, since I ALREADY PAID for it online. The trailer was sitting in a mud pit in the back of the establishment. No assistance was offered. Fortunately, this was a one-in-a-lifetime experience because I'll never go back to that establishment again. I recommend that you don't use this place. Have people pick up their equipment in Duluth or Two Harbors instead.
Melvin BI had one major glitch when renting the truck. I was given a different truck than what was on my contract. The clerk was super nice and he went through everything before I left. One major hiccup was he told me to bring the truck back with half a tank full. However, when I dropped it off they expected a full tank and I was charged a fuel charge which I was not expecting in any way shape or form!!! This was super frustrating, and I may look at a different truck rental company because of it!!! It makes no sense that I had to pay for something I was told specifically to do....

Jim KI forgot to check the gasoline and they claimed the trucks tank was full. I drove the truck 61.4 miles. I told her when I returned the truck that I stopped for gas and filled the truck. The gas tank took 12.45 gallons so either the tank did not start full or your trucks get only 4.9 miles per gallon. I do not like being cheated by a business so I would never recommend this facility.
