It's the only drop off location in the area. The staff didn't check in my van in the day I dropped it off. I had to prompt that checkin when I was notified by U-Haul that my van was overdue. The customer service on that end and the rapid check in worked and everything was immediately resolved. Thank you

JOSHUA KI forgot a usb cord(black) , and a newer pair of Brooks running shoes, both of which disappeared! How would you feel about this?
JAMES QWe have an Equinox EV. Had no problem pulling this 900# trailer with a few hundred pounds of contents. U-Haul site did not think the vehicle was rated for this trailer, but our experience was fine with less impact on range than I expected. (2 miles per KWH) Staff in Silver Bay are helpful and take good care of trailers and customers.
