No one is at this location on the weekend and the app was not working so pick up was a bit of a nightmare. I did not get in my truck and in my way until almost an hour after I was supposed to. I had scheduled professional movers helping so it was really inconvenient to not be able to talk to someone about problems picking up. The 24/7 call line was going to be an hour before I would be able to speak to someone and I could not check in online because the app was not working properly. Bit of a hassle and very stressful.
