I was a bit frustrated because I was moved to a different location and time then what I first reserved, but I understand because I caused a bit of frustration I’m sure for the new location I was moved to. Picking up truck went very smooth. No issues. I unfortunately locked the key in the Uhaul upon return and had to go through many hoops since location was closed until Monday. Had some frustrating moments but in the end I need to thank Karen Murphy at Traffics for all her help and Jon + Team at Sitka for their help to resolve with very minimal cost. I appreciate everyone’s effort.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNo one is at this location on the weekend and the app was not working so pick up was a bit of a nightmare. I did not get in my truck and in my way until almost an hour after I was supposed to. I had scheduled professional movers helping so it was really inconvenient to not be able to talk to someone about problems picking up. The 24/7 call line was going to be an hour before I would be able to speak to someone and I could not check in online because the app was not working properly. Bit of a hassle and very stressful.
