The truck was filthy in the cab and in the cargo area. The fuel light was on as soon as I started it. Also, the truck did not run well. It struggled to change gears and accelerate even when it was empty.

Toni K.I filled up the gas up to the gage when picking up, but they charge me gas service fee + 4 gallon gas. Why did they do this? It would be highly appreciated if you can help me to get the refund for that immediately. I have a photo that I took when returning the truck (which I already sent in a complaint email). Other than trying to robbing customers of their money, Everything was satisfactory.

samantha B.The truck smelled of smoke, the location failed to include blankets I ordered, seemed to have no understanding of what I ordered. I had to go find blankets during the move from another store. They did not have the insurance I asked for and re-asked me questions that I had answered when I filled out the online form. In addition, the truck alarmed on the right front tire being low despite multiple attempts to add air to the tire. I won't rent from this location again.

The truck I reserved did not even start, and we had to upgrade to a slightly larger version which the manager said would not cost me extra, but of course I was charged extra. My total bill is over double what I was initially quote. Horrible experience and will not be using these services again.

KALIAH N.This was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul and will be disputing my charges. I waited almost an hour to get my truck and had to do all of the paperwork over again even though I had completed the online check in to expedite the process. The cashier was more concerned with checking out his customers than taking care of me and asking several confusing questions I already answered online. He needed to write down the contact info for 2 people other than myself and couldn't tell the difference between where I was currently living and where I was moving too. The truck had only a quarter tank of gas and once I completed my two trips I stopped on my way back and filled the tank back to the qtr tank. The new cashier was too busy with customers for the return and told me just to put the key in the return box. I was marked as returning the truck with 1/6 of gas and then charged for 4 gallons of gas at $15 and a $30 gas fee! The math behind this would tell you that the truck has a 64 gallon tank which is laughable. This was a bug scam and I will be taking it up with u-haul Corporate…what a joke!

JORGE F.This was the absolute worst experience I've had renting from U-Haul. I live in a metro area with l with at least 10 U-Haul dealers within 8-10 miles and somehow no one had the auto transport I needed, hard to believe, but I went 20 miles to this place to pick it up. The run down gas station had one attendant attempting to operate a store, help customers, manage vendors and check in new inventory as well as manage my rental. The attendant was not that familiar with the rental process and phoned someone to help. (Now all the customers are staring at me since they now cannot check out and pay for their soda) Even though I completed the online check in prior to arrival, I was asked to go thru it all over again in person, so much for COVID protocols....after an hour of being onsite I hooked up the trailer myself, after requesting the keys to another U-Haul box truck so I could move it out of the way to access my trailer. This process took so long that the U-Haul link to inspect the trailer expired before I could even get to the trailer! Once I was able to inspect the trailer, I noticed it did not have a license plate! Again I go in the store, wait in line behind people buying gum and soda to let the attendant know about the license plate. It was clear he had no idea what to do so I ended up taking the trailer with a half rotted paper tag that expired in 2019.

Kenneth F.I reserved to pick the truck up with my cell phone but the facility was not prepared to do this tule of service. It took 30 minutes to get the truck and it is not acceptable. A training is needed to this location.

John L.The online part was very difficult and confused when it was time for pick up. Marquita was the rep that called me and my references. She was rude with a noisy background. She was so abrasive and abrupt that my references initially said they didn't know who I was due to her delivery. When I spoke with her I was disappointed and uncomfortable as well. I expected much better from Uhaul.

Edward A.U-Haul Contract 22821375, As I mentioned in my previous respond, the Dolly and Blanket I ordered were not in the truck. I reported this in the form when I return the truck. I see on my bill I have still been charged $10 for the dolly and $10 for the blankets. Not sure why this is not removed from the bill.
