We have rented 2 vehicles in the past 3 days. Terrible experience both times. I was given a filthy truck and on top of that was charged the kms rate for a 20 footer when all i had was a 10 footer. I was spoken to rudely by a girl at the stoney creek location during this process as well. That was the first truck The second truck- told them it was a 24-hour rental, because it wasn't back the same day the charged me an extra $30. When we went to pick up the truck they didnt have the size we needed but still tried to charge us for the larger truck, including the higher kms. Overall this was an absolute shit show. Uhaul should be ashamed.

Pleasant check-in. Online system screwed up my order so I wasn’t supposed to pick up here. Had to drive to this location to get the truck and bring to original location which resulted in no net benefit to me as I had to spend extra time and money to drive to this location with no compensation even though I had booked several week at advance and uhaul had the requested truck in the yard when I asked if I could just swap.

I was very satisfied with their service, and I highly recommend them for anyone needing a truck rental!” But the whole booking process was absolutely a disaster as they change my pickup location by 50 km just a day befor puckup, One way out for same day pick up and same day drop off but on my bill the drop off say i droped off next day!! My booking was a total chaos. I used U haul before but this time was i was very unsatisfied
