The equipment we ordered was not there. We placed an online order for 6 dollies but only 3 were there for pickup with the truck. The blankets we reserved also were not there. Instead, we were told to drive to a second location to pick up the blankets. The best part about all of this; we got billed for driving additional miles because we had to drive the truck to another location to pick up the blankets. That’s unscrupulous business practices and I’m not a happy customer!
