Make sure the equipment that was ordered is in the truck. The pads and hand truck were not in the rear of the truck. I also had to pick this rental up at a different location than was agreed to. I also would make sure the trucks are full of fuel. My rental only had a half tank.

Well the guy was sleep and as well the windshield was crack also did not know the truck was out of gas
Andera AOne of the straps was missing probably 12 inches or so I had to use ratchet straps of my own. No big deal just letting you know so the next renter may not get stuck as I luckily had straps with me.
JEFFREY MWe had to go to 2 different locations because the first one didn't do uhauls anymore and the 2nd one No one was there so we just left the keys in the drop box and called customer service to inform of the situation.
