First of all I made reservations in Oxnard and I had no choice but to pick up the truck in somis And no one informed me about dropping off after hours , so no not happy

Rick SOwner was not on premises. The cashier had to call him to finalize the reservation. Reserved a utility dolly which said it was in stock but didn’t have once we got there.

Moises RCurrently, I'm in the process of filing a dispute with my credit card company over being inappropriately/incorrectly charged for an additional day + other charges by the drop-off location (despite returning the vehicle the same day - 6 hours after picking it up). No rental contract was ever provided (nor any receipt for the credit card charge) at the pick-up location, nothing was signed, we were not given the opportunity to mark any pre-existing damage of the truck, indicator of current fuel level, or any other important information. No inspection was done upon return either. Gas will refilled to the best estimate of the level it was upon check-out, but since no documentation was provided - there was no way of knowing exactly what that was. I was simply told that we were good to go, and once again, no receipt or rental contract provided documenting anything. In addition, when I called u-haul last night about the wrongful charge of $89, I had to wait nearly 30 minutes to speak to somebody who provided no solution to the problem and told me I'd have to wait 48 - 72 hours to hear back from somebody who wasn't even a supervisor. In fact, I was told it would be the very person/location who fraudulently charged our credit card in the first place. A lot of good that's going to do! Extremely dissatisfied with U-Haul's service and will make a point to use somebody else the next time a need arises.

Peter SThe ignition switch was broken, or near broken on the van that I rented. The key would not turn and I had to try it many times before the key would turn and start the engine. This was actually a dangerous situation. Get it fixed!
David SThe pick up location was very convenient. It would of been helpful if someone was there when the vehicle was returned, since I was still responsible for it during the time that it was parked.

Lisa WSam was great! However, the truck wasn't ready until 330 despite the reservation for 2pm. This was frustrating since we already had to move our pickup from a different location which was meant to be at 11AM, so we lost 4 hours of daylight.
