In-person customer service was stellar and the truck I rented was exactly what I needed. However, it is frustrating and difficult that you need a smartphone to rent anything. The rental and return process on the smartphone was inconvenient and the website/app did not function correctly, which made me worry that I would be charged for more time or usage of the truck than I actually had done. Thankfully the customer service representative was very understanding and kind, and helped us make sure that everything went well even with the broken smartphone app. Please fix this by providing a way to do rentals and after-hours drop off without needing a smartphone.

Curt WDefinitely 5 stars for this location. Best experience ever when renting any type of vehicle. The van I rented was very clean and in great condition. The facility itself reflected the same attention to detail and they were excellent to do business with.

PATRICE RTrailer light was out, the guys who work here attempted to get it to work but could not get the driver side running light to work. Was no fault of theirs that the wiring was messed up and broken. Trailer was dirty with mulch in bed and leaves stuck in tailgate.
