better customer service, i was expecting for the trailer to be inspected at the time of drop off. spoke with someone at the counter and all they said was to drop it off. i wouldnt want to get charge for anything that happens to the trailer after drop off. and i also did not receive a notification until i completed the return myself on the website hours later. i know my trailer was returned in perfect condition, clean and empty.

CLINTON PThe 2 wheel trailer was in poor condition. The ball hitch was prone to sticking to the truck so forcefully that it required a bottle jack to remove. It made returning the truck an excruciating process. Also the ratchets on the trailer were rusted in place. I had to pound on them to get them to function. Releasing the straps from the ratchet took herculean effort. Oh also the truck had the engine light on when I picked it up. The people renting it to me just reset the light which subsequently came back on. MAINTAIN YOUR EQUIPMENT!!!
RYAN GI was mad the first time cause the U-Haul agent send me all the way out there by Newport to pick up a U-Haul that I had a reservation for Anderson one so I had to wait another day until someone open up other than that my experience was great!

benjamin hI came in to rent a van for a few hours. The guy said it was allotted to me for 2 days. I said I DON'T NEED IT FOR 2 DAYS! I brought the van back within 4 hours and was not only charged for the 48 hours but i was also charged for and day of insurance since it said it was still out until that Monday. I picked the truck up on Friday around 3:30 and dropped it back off by 8:30 or 9 sometime around then. I called Sound on Wheels and told them it was returned look at your camera footage and you will see that not only was it returned, but I had to come back bec I left my cell phone in the van. I always fill up the gas tank with more than I started with and there is no recourse for some kind of deduction. I pumped $5.00 into the tank bec i only went 25 miles and the needle didn't move. I put in 5.00 more dollars and it didnt move. I put in 5.00 more dollars and it went to the full mark. This is not the first time I have had an issue with the gas, but if i brought it back a little less full then i would be charged. I need to move in Jan 2024 and I guarantee with all the issues I have had with your company I will not be using you. I need 2 26' trucks to move and I will def give someone else my business.

Jamie EAgain is in Augusta Maine nothing to improve this location. he asked me if I felt comfortable backing it up and I said no he said no problem just get it close I'll unhook it and push it into it's parking place

Thomas BI had originally ordered the moving blankets but the day I picked up the Uhaul I was told they had no blankets for me rven though I ordered them online. Then I had to figure out how to get some for my furniture. It was a big pain in the butt but I figured it out. Would have been nice for them to call and let me know they had none in advance!

Daniel MI have never in my life been so dismissed. I had zero idea how to un hook. There were two men there and neither felt the need to assist. He advised where to back it in. I asked for help to unhook and he said if the other guy got freed up he may be able to help. Then he walked away. It took forever to unhook, broke three nails and my hands were filthy. Absolutely, zero gentlemen at this location!!
