I returned this trailer in June! I have received numerous phone calls and a few emails from U-haul asking me where I turned it into. That they can't close my contract until I provide information about this place. I even got a phone call today on September 8th!!! I drove to this establishment and this trailer is still parked where I left it in June! How about instead of harassing your customers you could ask another Uhaul location to go figure this out?dennis J.

U Haul should provided equipment that does not need to loose 1 1/2 hours waiting on their mechanic to jump wire the trailer because there was no power on the passenger side for marker and tail lights. Paul this company's U Haul representative promised me an additional discount for my waiting with my Dad that has a heart condition in the heat and rain. Not to mention I rented a double axle trailer in October 2017 and the price was $150.00 and 7 months later it was $350.00 for a smaller trailer. I will never rent from U Haul again!julie lee H.

Nobody was at location to inspect or get me into rental. I prepaid my reservation and they had no idea I was coming. Gas should have been higher than 1/4 tank, I had to stop within the first hour. Very poor experienceDouglas B.
pick up location was 50 miles one way from where we requested. Employee was on phone while hooking up trailer. When car was loaded trailer up ended as he did not have it secured. Very lucky it did not come unhitched while driving back the 50 miles. We have rented a car hauler 8 times in past 4 years. It is never been at the "preferred location" and we aren't notified until mid day the day before. This is a HUGE hassle when packing at getting ready for a trip to take hours out of day. Mos is a hole-in-the-wall. Difficult to find as there is no indication that it is a U-Haul center. One has to walk through a gutted c-store with bare shelves and coolers, through a narrow hallway, to a filthy tiny room in the back in order to pick up a U-Haul. The place is dirty and there is junk piled everywhere. I had requested a different pick-up location but I was told the day prior that I had to drive an extra 35 miles round-trip to pick-up at Mos. I also requested to have furniture pads, but Mos does not carry them. No one bothered to tell me this when my pick-up location was changed. I ended up having to go to Target to purchase rolls of bubble wrap to protect my wooden furniture. The windshield of the truck was so dirty I had difficulty seeing but the mess was on the inside so washers/wipers were no help. U-Haul representatives should check this place out... they will be shocked.JAN S.
I am in the process of calling to complain to this facility. I called once to ask about a truck rental and the gentleman I talked to was extremely rude to me. When we got online to make the reservation, we didn't want to use this facility but we did as it was the only one that had the truck we needed. I am now back on the phone with them as we received our contract, and we were charged for fuel and a service fee after returning it with the same, and probably a bit more gas in it than when we got it. Won't use this facility ever again. We'd rather drive out of our way for better service.Brian A.
It is a repair shop, but the place could be cleaned up some and made to look a little more like a business. It was fine to me because I was more concerned with the auto hauler being in good condition - which it was, but to many, the place was trashy and some would not return because of that. First of all, the turn signal did not work. Then, the milage on the truck was different from what was on the paperwork. After I told him, he changed it on the paperwork. When I brought the truck back, he almost charged me for extra miles because the miles were not changed in the computer. I had to remind him again about the miles.paul T.

My concern isnt really with the location as much as the initial on-line reservation. I had taken the extra time and steps to complete the added reservation section to allow me to quickly get the equipment and leave, instead I had to provide all the information all over again.DAVID B.
Had a truck scheduled for pickup at 10am. Store owner didn't show up until 10am. Took 20 minutes to rent the truck because he didnt even have the computer on. The sign on the store's door says they open at 8am. In ended up being 30 minutes late to meet my moving company and they were charging me by the hour. Very dissapointing.Angela B.

The only suggestion I have is for someone to check the entire truck out. After we took the truck to our destination we found the furniture covers in the bag in the truck were soaking wet. I RESERVED THE TRUCK FOR ANOTHER LOCATION ONLINE WHICH SAID THE TRUCK WAS AVAILABLE. RECIEVED A CALL FROM THIS= LOCATION THAT SAID THEY HAD THE TRUCK BUT THE OTHER PLACE DID NOT. SO I HAD TO PICK UP THE TRUCK AT 10AM INSTEAD OF 8AM LIKE I WANTED. ARRIVED AT THIS LOCATION AT 10AM AND HAD TO WAIT FOR 45 MIN BEFORE BEING HELPED BECAUSE THE GUY SAID HE WAS TOO BUSY RIGHT NOW. They had no furniture pads. I ordered 30. They said NONE of the facilities locally had any pads. This was a hell of a thing to find out on moving day with all our blankets, etc. already packed. Not devastating, but very unprofessional.KEITH K.

After arriving, it took us just under an hour to get the truck. The attendent working the computer was very slow moving and could not find the keys to the truck. We were the only people in there I really dont think it should have taken that long after having completed a reservation online a week before.JESSICA M.
