Terrible. I felt like the clowns working there were holding my keys hostage while they figured out how U-Haul works. I was using the app so I would not have to go into the store. App requested that I get the keys from inside after paying. Clowns would not give me the keys and said it was not possible to pay online. Just dumb. Finally their dispatcher cleared it up but she was rude too when I was explaining to her who I was and that I was all paid up. Please train these people!
