I was told I would receive a call from a U-Haul representative to talk about my reservation but no one ever called. Then you guys changed my reservation location without my consent and I didn't notice, so when I arrived at the pickup location, they didn't have my reservation. This location also doesn't have an actual U-Haul representative so I had to call the representative on the phone and fill out basically an entirely new reservation over the phone. I was also forced to take a 15 foot truck when I only wanted 10 feet. Then I was given the wrong truck so when I had to submit the pictures and mileage, the numbers were so off that it made me go back to talk to the customer representative. This turned what should have been a 5-minute pickup into a 45-minute pickup. Then to cap it all off I was charged $24 for gas after having only driven 22 miles.

Leslie GTerrible. I felt like the clowns working there were holding my keys hostage while they figured out how U-Haul works. I was using the app so I would not have to go into the store. App requested that I get the keys from inside after paying. Clowns would not give me the keys and said it was not possible to pay online. Just dumb. Finally their dispatcher cleared it up but she was rude too when I was explaining to her who I was and that I was all paid up. Please train these people!
