Jason BettsIt took us almost 3 hours to get the U-Haul because of issues with the check in. Called customer service and was transferred to so many people, some kept hanging up and we had to constantly call back to get help. It was very exhausting!!!

LUIS ZERMENOThe facility was good but the distance I had to travel was way out of the way because other UHaul locations did not have the trailer available.
JOANNE BLACKI could not do the mobile pickup because the system showed the wrong location. I had to get a representative’s assistance. And there was only a quarter tank of gas. I put $64 in the tank and I lost money because I only went 65 miles. Can I be reimbursed for some of my gas? I have a picture of the fuel hand.

ROBERT MOOREBrian Belcher, the owner of Southern Automotive, is very curtious, professional, knowledgeable, and he is also well respected in the community. The trader wad in good shape, clean, and trouble free. I would go there again, and recommend this location to friends.

rodney saundersThe site, located in a rural area one county away from my destination, was not marked in any way as a U-Haul drop site. There were no personnel present, and no sign of a key drop box. A call to U-Haul's 800 number was a disaster ... I was transferred to three different people. The first did not know how to proceed and had screaming children in the background. The second couldn't find my account. When transferred to the third, both the person I was transferred to and the main U-Haul line came on. After clarifying with the person three times what to do with the key, the person backtracked right after I put the key in a place where I could not get to it anymore. Total time spent on the phone in a hot, desolate, gnat-infested area was 45 minutes. Also, I was charged excess mileage despite taking the most direct four-lane route and having to drop the truck a good distance away from my destination.

RICHARD MARTINYTHE TRUCK I PICKED UP HAD NO HIGH BEAM LIGHTS. THEY WOULD GO COMPLETELY OUT WHEN YOU PUT THEM ON. THE LOW BEAMS WERE ADJUSTED WAY TOO LOW. ALL THE DRIVING I DID WAS AT NIGHT AND WAS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND NERVE WRACKING AS IT WAS FOGGY AND RAINY IN PLACES AND I WAS IN SOME VERY DESOLATE AREAS. IT WAS VERY HARD TO SEE UNLESS I WAS IN A LIT AREA LIKE IN THE CITIES.
