Jennifer DI wasn't even backed in to park and the attendant stopped what he was doing and came over to greet me. I went to unhook the trailer, and he did all the manual labour and talked with me about everything. Super friendly and once he was done unhooking the trailer, he ran in to the office and got me a business card and invited me to rent again from him any time. I told him he was going to have my son dropping a truck off in a couple weeks, and he was happy we were using his establishment and said if we need anything for my son to call him personally and he would assist us right away. I've never met this person, before and he was treating me like I was a long time customer. You need to clone this guy and put him in every U-Haul rental facility!

Wayne PI wanted to get my trailer here but the controller in Calgary made me drive 100 km away. I have rented at this location before and it is always good. The guy knows his job and has the equipment ready.

David PMike went above and beyond to organize a utility trailer for me after my first choice let me down very badly. Even though it was almost closing time on New Years Eve, he waited for me to get there, had everything all ready to go. Will use this location from now on.
Christopher JU-Haul costs so much money, cost me almost $2000 in truck rental... I'll never use U-Haul again, will go with budget next time as they're much cheaper. Our truck had a huge exhaust leak which caused even more fuel to burn... The rep was great, however U-Haul Rob's you of your money. The app also tried to charge me for gas when I had left the truck with a bit more gas than I had when I got the truck.
Brittney Z(1) Please make sure there is strip available in the truck to keep stuff secured. If you can’t make one available, at least rent one. (2) I had booked moving boxes with my order. They were not provided. (3) One furniture dolly was shown to be available at the time of booking, and I booked it, but it was not available at the time of truck pickup. It made moving difficult.
