The only thing I would improve is for U-Haul to put stands on your enclosed trailers. Not only would it be easier for your dealers but it would be easier for the customer when they drop it off after hours.

Chris TWonderful customer service. He stayed overtime to get us what we need on a extremely rainy day and on a day where we were very desperate for a trailer. He made everything very easy and seamless. We had had gone prior to location on 4770 Riverside Dr Bay 100, Red Deer, where the owner-operator was absolutely horrible to deal with I recommend you don't go there if you're reading reviews right now. Even if this location is a little farther out of the way, I highly suggest you take the time to go.
