Was a very nice experience. Mike was very knowledgeable about the product. I rented a vehicle trailer to move a low ground clearance vehicle. Mike made me aware of all the potential issues I may have and provided guidance on how to avoid any damage to the vehicle I was hauling. Turned out to be the exact advice I needed. The loading and unloading went very smoothly, no drama. During checkout I had some problems with my phone for the process and Mike guided me through it. I'am not 40 years old and he was the perfect patient guy to manage the process. Mike knows his product and his business. Will certainly rent from his location again.
