The trailer had a separated tire. No fault of Mike’s for not knowing. I turned around and Mike got me hooked up to another unit immediately. This was a Saturday morning and he was extremely busy. Mike was also extremely professional and friendly. 5 Stars all the way. I have rented from a different Red Deer location in the past and now I will only rent from this location in the future.
