Vicki SDottie is the best ever representative I’ve ever dealt with with any company such as U-Haul or similar. If she’s not working there I will not go there. Dottie says she really likes and respects her area manager A lot and could not stop saying good things about her. However,. I had to deal with her area manager, and if her area manager with the one running that place I would not go.

Robert OFirst and foremost Dottie is wonderful she is committed to taking care of the customer… Even commenting “as long as my customers leave with a smile on their face,, i’m good”. Experienced studies commitment to customer service while checking in, There was a flag on my account leftover from a nightmare experience with another local office that I was assured been resolved. Upon calling U-Haul Central Dottie and I were offered a call back or we could wait on hold for 2 to 4 hours. We thought surely this is a mistake… But after 45 minutes of being on hold, we became believers. Dottie went into action and called another contact who was able clear my account and get me on my way. Although I was extremely irritated with U-Haul‘s central system, even though ultimately, I was over an hour late for my appointment, Dottie took a rough situation and somehow made it enjoyable with her stories of Palm Springs and views on life, which are heartfelt and funny. Dottie, keep up the good work… U-Haul, central get your act together you are failing miserably, and taking care of the customer.

Brigette GMy move, changed a couple of times due to circumstances beyond my control, were pleasantly and tolerantly handled by Dottie White who provided a high level of professional assistance and useful suggestions. I am grateful for having someone so experienced and knowledgeable to address my concerns. The equipment was in excellent condition and our move without undue concern. Even though I did not use it, I would not arrange a move without the full coverage for insurance.

TERRA SI had a 9am reservation. The clerk seemed overwhelmed. She said it was required to have 3 phone numbers and names of different people to rent a vehicle. What a time waster that policy is. It essentially triples the workload for the clerk. She had 2 other clients before me. I left the facility at 9:50. The van was clean . The equipment was low mileage and performed well.

Cristin DThe lights for the auto transport did not work. It required a repair the the wire harness. I had to wait around for a hour and forty five minutes.
Andrew WThe wrong ball hitch size was placed on the tow trailer which caused us to have an accident on the interstate and damaged/ broke precious cargo. Luckily no one was hurt it could of been so much worse. We will be filling a complaint.
