It’s not the location, it’s U-Haul Im disappointed in. I did everything to rent a truck and got dropped off at the location, but for some reason I couldn’t take the truck without the U-Haul app. I have an old phone so I couldn’t use the app. I was stranded so I called customer service and they refused to help. The only option they came up with was going to another location, but I didn’t have a car. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they put me on hold for 20 minutes before being disconnected. Thankfully the gas station employee was able to use his personal computer and call someone to figure it out, but it took a long time and I didn’t feel U-Haul took care of me as a customer.

The gentleman who helped me was very helpful, polite and funny at times. He was very accurate and far with my cost for my truck rental for that day. I mention this because I have had trouble with a pass U-Haul truck rental at a different location in the past when the young girl tried to charge me more than what I owed, however U-Haul immediately reimbursed me quickly.
Donna SPick up was as easy as always. NOTE: there is NO drop box at this location, so if you want to drop off after hours, I would suggest dropping off at a different location. I came back the next day to drop off and the automatic system tried to charge me another rental period (however, the attendant was very helpful, and there is also a super easy way to dispute charges). I didn't end up having to pay any extra. It's quite convenient that it's a gas station, so you can fill up if you need to when picking up or dropping off.
